Common Support Questions
Click "Forgot password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
Navigate to People > Staff, click "Add Staff Member", and fill in their details. They will receive an invitation email to set up their account and complete the induction process.
Go to Billing > Claims, select the period, review the auto-generated claim lines, and click "Submit to PRODA". Ensure your PRODA credentials are configured in Settings > Integrations.
Ensure all shifts have assigned workers, there are no compliance warnings (check the red indicators), and you have selected the correct date range. If the issue persists, contact support.
